You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

OLED DISPLAY & QR CODE SETUP
The TS6540i's 1.42" OLED display is the defining upgrade in the TS6540i range. Users can scan the on-screen QR code directly with a smartphone to instantly initiate the Canon PRINT app and complete wireless setup — eliminating manual network configuration and making first-use setup significantly faster than conventional inkjet printers.
UPGRADED PRINT HEAD & FINE TECHNOLOGY
Powered by Canon's Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) system with a new long-length print head and increased nozzle count, the TS6540i delivers sharper, more detailed output at higher speeds than previous-generation PIXMA models. New pigment black ink with intelligent dot placement minimises boundary bleed and reduces dark-area graininess — producing crisp, professional-quality text and vivid graphics on every page.
PRINT SPEED
Output up to 14.0 ipm (mono) and 9.0 ipm (colour), with a first-page-out time of approximately 7.5 seconds (mono) and 9.5 seconds (colour).
BORDERLESS PHOTO PRINTING
Print edge-to-edge borderless photos in sizes up to A4, including 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 7" x 10", 8" x 10", and square (127 x 127mm) formats. A 4" x 6" borderless photo prints in approximately 39 seconds. Compatible with Canon's full specialty photo paper range including Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, Photo Paper Pro Luster, Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss, and Matte Photo Paper.
