The NB ERGONOMIC A3 offers complete freedom of movement across five independent axes. In addition to the wide tilt range, the monitor head swivels left and right and rotates for portrait or landscape mode. Furthermore, both the upper and lower arms rotate a full 360° independently. As a result, you can position your monitor at virtually any angle — forward, back, high, low, or fully sideways — with smooth, consistent resistance throughout.
Unlike standard gas springs that can lose pressure over time, the NB ERGONOMIC A3 uses NB’s patented mechanical constant-force spring system. This spring structure maintains smooth, consistent resistance across 50,000+ fatigue-tested cycles. As a result, the arm feels exactly the same on day one as it does years later. Furthermore, the spring is housed inside the arm for a clean, minimal look while protecting the mechanism from dust and wear.
One of the standout features of the NB ERGONOMIC A3 is its intelligent torsion spring pivot system. This mechanism automatically matches the weight of your monitor — whether light or heavy — and maintains a constant 6–10N of holding force. As a result, the monitor stays exactly where you position it with no drooping or drifting over time. The NB ERGONOMIC A3 features NB’s proprietary True Quick-Release VESA plate system. In addition, a dust cap on the mounting head protects internal components and extends the arm’s service life. However, when you need to remove or swap monitors, the quick-release button allows single-handed detachment in seconds.
